| Norwegian Cruise Line took delivery of the
153,000-ton Norwegian Epic at the STX's Saint Nazaire yard today. The
vessel is shown in this series of photos taken last Saturday during its
second set of sea trials. The ship is the largest ever built at the
yard, and NCL's largest vessel. |

| The ship returned to the yard on Monday for
completion of the final details before its handover on Thursday. It left
Thursday evening for previews in Europe before its sold-out
transatlantic crossing on June 24. It will arrive in New York on
July 1 for its inaugural activities which include naming by its
godmother, country music superstar Reba McEntire, on July 2. It
will then be the host venue for Macy's 4th of July Fireworks, and enter
regular service from Miami on July 10. |

| This view shows the vessel's unusual shape
and all of its top deck facilities. Norwegian Epic is built for the
evolution of NCL's Freestyle Cruising product. It has no main restaurant
or theater that seats half the ship's passengers as most conventional
ships do. Instead, there are multiple dining and entertainment venues
which passengers visit as they want. The ship is also geared
specifically to appeal to people who do not normally cruise. |
