| Costa Favolosa has been moved from the Fincantieri yard at Marghera where she was built to the drydock at nearby Trieste for work on her hull before the ship leaves on sea trials in mid-May. | |

| While in the the dry dock, the ship is visible to the residents of Trieste preview of Costa Favolosa which will be named there on July 2, 2011. The christening will be a public event open to everyone in town. | |
