| Celebrity Silhouette was floated out of the building dock at Meyer Werft in Papenburg, Germany on Sunday (May 29, 2011). The 122,400-ton ship is the fourth of the five-ship order. Celebrity Solstice is set to enter service from Hamburg on July 23, 2011. | |

| With the exception of a brief float out before, when the ships were being repositioned in the dock, Celebrity Solstice has been built entirely indoors at Meyer's giant covered building dock. Note the tugboat in front of the ship in the dock. Prior to moving the ship, it is brought in with a crane and positioned in front of the ship, since there isn't room for it to sail around the side. | |
