Cleaning up in Bermuda |
On August 13 (2008) the crew of Norwegian
Majesty did an end-of-summer clean-up walk around town and on the beach
picking up trash in an effort to give back to the community where they
have called all summer. They collected 25 bags of trash over their
three-mile route.
Even the ship's officers were involved. Pictured above are the crew from the deck and engine departments of Norwegian Majesty along with the ship’s Environmental Officer Michael Plakotakis (2nd from right), Captain Goran Blomqvist (3rd from right) and Dr. Bertin Creus (4th from right). |
