| Early this morning Costa Luminosa (left) and
Costa Pacifica (right) are positioned at the port of Genoa for their
duel christening Friday evening. |

| The two ships were docked with their bows
together to form an amphitheater with a stage in between for the
evening's extravaganza which would culminate in the simultaneous naming.
The theme for Costa Luminosa is "the ship of light," and the
theme for Costa Pacifica is "the ship of music," both elements
were blended for a spectacular show preceding the actual naming. |
